

Our morning routines truly set the tone for our entire day. Many of us jump out of bed, rush to get ready, and head out the door as quickly as possible, starting the day off with a dose of anxiety.
It’s tempting to start the morning scroll through our phones or sleeping as late as possible but if you’re finding yourself more on edge throughout the day, taking an extra 10 minutes in the morning for yourself to center your thoughts might be just what you need to feel more confident and capable throughout the day.
Many of us probably have the same knee-jerk reaction when it comes time for carving more time that we don’t have out of the day but it takes as little as ten minutes to take this time for yourself.
By taking the time to start your day with meditation you’ll benefit from feeling more focused, energized, and relaxed overall. Morning meditation is a great way to start your day off in a more mindful space and sets the tone for a calmer day.
